Made with 30% bacon and 30% pork, together with oatmeal, pork fat, onion and traditional seasonings, this award-winning Irish white pudding has a wonderfully savoury flavour and satisfying texture.
Simply slice and fry or grill until thoroughly cooked. It’s an ideal addition to a traditional cooked breakfast and particularly good served alongside bacon, sausages, eggs and black pudding.

Cooking Instructions
Remove casing and slice. Grill under a pre-heated grill for approximately 5 minutes or shallow fry for approximately 5 minutes. Ensure thoroughly cooked before eating.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 7 days and before the use-by date.
