Triple Smoked Gammon on The Bone
- Preheat your oven to 160°
- Place your Triple Smoked Gammon joint in an oven tray with a metal rack
- Pour water into the tray amd foil the whole thing
- Bake in the oven for 2.5hours plus 30 mins per kilo
- Once cooked, carefully remove the skin leaving as much of the fat on the ham as possible.
- Using a sharp knife, diamond score the fat before rubbing soft brown sugar and honey.
- Return Triple Smoked Gammon to the oven, crank the heat up to 220°c for the honey glaze to cook.
- Carve and enjoy!
