Our Butcher-Prepared Chicken Parcels make a wonderfully easy festive roast for two.
We bone British chicken legs before filling each one with our sage & onion sausagemeat stuffing, wrapping it in dry-cured streaky bacon and hand tying it ready for the oven.
The chicken leg stays beautifully succulent during roasting, while the streaky bacon adds richness and becomes deliciously golden around the outside.
With all the preparation already done by our butchers, simply place the parcels in the oven and roast — an ideal choice for two people who want a proper festive dinner without cooking a whole bird.

Cooking Instructions
Oven cook from chilled.
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
Remove all packaging and place the chicken parcels in a roasting tray. Cook for approximately 45 minutes, until the bacon is golden and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Ensure the centre reaches 75°C before serving. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Use by the date shown on the label. Keep refrigerated until ready to cook.
Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on receipt and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
