A traditional Christmas favourite, freshly prepared by our butchers using our Manor pork sausagemeat combined with a classic sage and onion stuffing mix.
The pork sausagemeat gives the stuffing a rich, succulent texture, while sage and onion provide the familiar savoury flavour that belongs alongside a proper Christmas roast.
Simply shape into stuffing balls or cook in an ovenproof dish and serve alongside turkey, chicken, goose, pork or your favourite roast.

Cooking Instructions
Shape the stuffing into balls of approximately 50–75g, or place in a suitable ovenproof dish.
Cook until thoroughly cooked through and piping hot in the centre. If cooking stuffing balls alongside your roast, allow approximately 30–40 minutes.
Storage
Keep refrigerated and follow the use-by date shown on the label. Store raw product securely at the bottom of the fridge, away from cooked and ready-to-eat foods.
Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after collection and defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
