A Christmas dinner essential, handmade by our butchers using our own gluten-free pork chipolatas wrapped in dry-cured streaky bacon.
We make the cocktail sausages ourselves using pork and a specially selected gluten-free sausage mix, before individually wrapping them in streaky bacon ready for roasting.
Rich, savoury and wonderfully moreish, they are the perfect accompaniment to turkey, goose, chicken or your favourite Christmas roast.

Cooking Instructions
Preheat a fan oven to 180°C.
Remove all packaging and place the pigs in blankets on a baking tray. Cook for approximately 45 minutes, turning during cooking for even browning.
Cook until the bacon is golden and crisp and the sausages are thoroughly cooked through. Ensure the centre is piping hot before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated and follow the use-by date shown on the label. Store raw meat securely at the bottom of the fridge, away from cooked and ready-to-eat foods.
Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after collection and defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
