COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
How to roast:
1. Remove the chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 0C (standard oven not a fan)
3. Season the chicken and put it in a preheated tray for 20 mins.
4. Then reduce the temp down to 180C, and cook for a further 30 minutes per kg.
5. Check that the juices run clear at the end of time using a skewer to the thickest part of the thigh.
6. If the juices are not clear, cook for a further 10 minutes.
7. When cooked remove and rest for 15 minutes.
8. Carve and ENJOY!
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store below 4 degrees.
Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Cool leftovers to room temperature, and refrigerate within 2 hours. Consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use, do not refreeze once defrosted.
