Clonakilty White Pudding was created by the Twomey family in 1986 and has become a firm favourite alongside the famous Clonakilty Black Pudding.
Made with Irish pork, oatmeal, pork fat, onions and a specially created blend of herbs and spices, it has a wonderfully savoury flavour and characteristic texture. Clonakilty Black Pudding

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and cut into approximately 2cm slices. Grill or shallow fry over a high heat for approximately 4 minutes, turn and cook for approximately another 4 minutes. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days and within the use-by date.
Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Defrost in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
