Our Free Range Boned & Rolled Leg of Lamb is carefully prepared by our butchers, removing the bone before rolling and hand tying the joint with fresh rosemary.
Leg of lamb makes a superb roasting joint, with naturally tender meat and a wonderful flavour. Boning and rolling it gives you a beautifully even joint that’s straightforward to cook and exceptionally easy to carve at the table.
Choose from three sizes to suit your gathering, from our smaller half leg through to a generous whole leg. For larger gatherings, our XL joint is prepared with the chump retained, giving you a substantially larger boneless roasting joint while retaining the character and flavour of the whole leg.

Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on receipt and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
