Each boneless turkey breast roast is prepared by our skilled butchers, filled with sage & onion sausagemeat stuffing and wrapped in dry-cured streaky bacon. The stuffing brings traditional Christmas flavours to every slice, while the bacon helps protect the turkey during cooking, retaining moisture and adding extra flavour.
With the stuffing already inside and no bones to negotiate, it is straightforward to carve and produces very little waste.

Storage
Keep refrigerated and follow the use-by date shown on the label. Store raw poultry securely at the bottom of the fridge, away from cooked and ready-to-eat foods.
Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after collection and defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Allow sufficient time for larger roasts to defrost completely. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
