Our Manor Local Honey is produced by local beekeeper Ben Wong using hives situated around Eastcote and Ickenham, with many tucked away in local back gardens.
The bees forage across the surrounding gardens and green spaces, producing beautifully fragrant honey with a naturally floral flavour. Because this is genuine small-batch local honey, its colour and character may vary slightly with the seasons.
Delicious spread on warm toast, stirred into porridge or yoghurt, or used to create a wonderfully sticky glaze for cooked ham and gammon. It also makes a thoughtful local Christmas gift.
Ben is a member of the Pinner & Ruislip Beekeepers’ Association and looks after his colonies with great care from hive to jar.

Origin: Eastcote and Ickenham, England
Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Natural honey may crystallise over time; gently warming the jar will return it to a runny consistency.
