Tracklements Bramley Apple Sauce is a simple, traditional accompaniment made with plenty of Bramley apples.
With 71% Bramley apples, it has a naturally sharp, fruity character that’s particularly good with roast pork. The addition of cider vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg gives it a little extra depth without overpowering the apple.
Serve alongside roast pork, pork sausages, gammon or cold cuts, or add a spoonful to a Boxing Day plate of leftovers.
